I need to be able to use the HP Solution Center software to scan some documents. I fear that I perhaps should have done some sort of cleanup before trying to reinstall, performing a software uninstall from Control Panel. But I still get the message that the printer setup is not complete. I downloaded the printer software package for the 410 and reinstalled it. However, I am now unable to run or use the HP Solution Center software which had been installed on my fairly new Windows 10 HP Envy computer. I recently resurrected my printer by buying a new printhead, and I'm able to print from various applications (Word, etc.).
